A Missing Perspective

Given these definitions, I would fit somewhere within a panpsychism camp, but I don’t feel that is necessary that one agreed view ever represent science. And of course, it is unlikely that any agreement would ever come into being given the fractal and probable-infinite-dimensional nature of the universe. Different perspectives will all be true according to the individual (or I (which includes the I/you)) experience. Also, the further the focus (macrobiotically or microbiotically and laterally) then will be the further differentiation of true perspectives. Certainly it is a noble and natural gesture to communicate and make the effort to blend or categorize these infinite perspectives in a respectful way. Are there updates to these conferences? 1998 is a long time ago.

Conciousness is the border of the universe.. Since the mind and life intitute is trying to explain more about science and spiritualism I would like to tell you my idea about conciousness. The thing is that men is looking in the wrong direction with A. Einsteins relativity theorie. Not light itself is moving, we are moving tru time and space with the speed of light. Light is only an energie leaving his source as a trail. At the speed of light there is no time. So nothing can move. From the point of view from a person each distance is a possibility into the future. While we travel tru time we are able to see all options what the light is showing us. To prove my idea I wrote the following tekst... I can prove that the relativity theorie of Einstein is wrong. The good point is that I can make this understandable for many people in a very simple way. The issue I try to prove with my idea is that our own conciousness is the absolute border of the universe. To prove this I have to prove that the speed of light is not 300.000km/sec but actually zero. I know that this sounds completely strange but read on and I will try to explain you in this short way how I can prove this. The first thing to know is that there is no time at lightspeed. How can something move if there is no time to move? Looking to the twin paradox a traveller tru space leaves the earth and comes back and is only 1 second older. The person on Earth is than for examle 2 years older. If the traveler tru space only beacame one second older, he never could make a longer trip than 300.000km. He had only 1sec to travel! The person on earth was traveling in the same period at least 30km/sec, because that is the speed of earth arround the sun. Well, 2 years x 30km/sec is a lot more than 300.000km. Offcourse I have to explain you a lot more than this, I just hope that I can open some eyes of the scientists working with this theory. If the theory is relativ, you also should put it upsite down. If light moves with 300.000km/sec one way, we are moving with the same speed the other way. Notice that we measure seconds, not the photon. You need time to move. I would like to tell you a lot more about the way it is possible that we can see things if light is not moving, also this is not to difficult to understand. From the point of view from the individual all other posistions are possibillitys in the future. The person travels tru time ( to tommorow and so on..) while light leaves a trail into the past from the point of view where it comes from. I hope that you understand my idea what I would like to show to the people. The idea of a multiversum is so a lot closer to mankind ( everyone is the middle of his own universe) ans conciousness is the border of the universe. We can chose our own future. rudolfhendriques

Srila Sridhar Maharaj: Something like mind. Suppose consciousness comes to feel matter. When consciousness is coming to the material world to know the material world, it has to first pass through material consciousness, and then it can feel what is matter. According to Darwins theory, matter gradually produces consciousness, but before producing consciousness it must produce some hazy consciousness, then mind, and then the soul. But in reality, it is just the opposite. So subjective evolution parallels objective or material evolution. But in the evolution of consciousness, the supersubject is first, then the individual soul or jiva-subject is next. Then, from the subjective consciousness of the jivas, matter is produced. But consciousness must penetrate hazy consciousness to perceive matter. I say that the process of evolution moves from the top downward. The Absolute Reality - if we at all assert that there is anything which is the absolute reality - must possess two qualifications. What is that? First, in the words of Hegel, he must be by himself: He is his own cause. Second - and more important to us, he is for himself: He exists to fulfill his own purpose. He is not subservient to any other entity, for then his position would be secondary. Reality the Absolute is full in Himself. All other things are coming from Him. The perfect substance already exists. What appears to us as imperfect comes down according to our own defective senses. The imperfect must be dependent upon the perfect, the ultimate reality. And the imperfect may be so arranged by Him in order to prove His perfection. To prove the perfection of the Absolute, there is conditioned and unconditioned, finite and infinite reality. The defective world therefore has an indirect relation to the truth. However, consciousness cannot jump at once into the conception of matter; it must pass through a process to come to material consciousness. From the marginal position, from the verge of the higher eternal potency evolution and dissolution of this material world begins. This takes place only on the outskirts of svarupa-sakti, which is the system responsible for the evolution of the spiritual plane, and is an eternally evolving dynamic whole. It is not that nondifferentiation is the origin of differentiation. An eternally differentiated substance exists. That plane is filled with lila, dynamic pastimes. If a static thing can be conceived of as eternal, then why cant a dynamic thing be conceived of as eternal? That plane of svarupa-sakti is fully evolved within. It is eternal. Evolution and dissolution concern only the degradation of the subtle spirit to the gross material platformand his evolution towards perfection. Here there is evolution and dissolution, but these things do not exist in the eternal abode of svarupa-sakti.
